When purchasing a home, applying for a loan is very distressing for many people, but it doesn't have to be. I've got great connections to several lenders in the Lompoc area, and they've helped me realize a few things that make the loan application process effortless.

1 – Organize a list of questions regarding your loan program

Be sure to bring a list of questions with you if you find that you don't totally comprehend the pros and cons of the different programs.
